Our new website!
Hey, all! Hope you like our new look! We're still looking for pictures... not only for the banquet, but for our site, as well! Please bring your pictures to the gym on a disc or flash drive or you can email them to us! We just can't pull them from Facebook (because we need a higher resolution than what we can pull from there).
We look forward to hearing from you and let us know what you think of our new site!

GLCC -- Nationals -- Here comes the BOMB SQUAD!
The teams have been practicing. The coaches have been counting. The athletes have been working.
All of the hard work will be seen this weekend at GLCC's Great Lakes Showdown Grand Nationals! Spectator passes have been emailed out to everyone. Please make sure that you have made enough copies, because you will exchange your spectator pass for a wristband. If you plan on having other attend on Sunday, go ahead and turn in the pass on Saturday. You can still get a wristband for Sunday!
When your team performs, please share your pictures! We'd love to see your team and share your picture with others who visit MidwestXplosion.com!!!
Also, please remember to BE ON TIME!!! Here's something to keep in mind... To be early, is to be on time. To be on time, is to be late. Something might come up and changes to the routing may need to happen. Please arrive when your team is scheduled. Coaches rely on that extra time to potentially run routines for extra practice, make changes in case of an emergency, and just peace of mind to know that all athletes are at the venue.
We can't wait to see how the teams do! LET'S GO BOMB SQUAD!!!

Our next competition is the Cupid Rocks competition. We will have five teams and two duets competing! In addition, this competition offers regular placement as well as level champions! As soon as the schedule is out, please check your emails for details and specific times. Please plan for the competition to run approximately 10:30am - 4:30pm.
Also, please check your emails to get the address of the NEW location! We had no control over the location change, but rest assured, the location is safe and there is gated parking with no parking fee.

Chicago Votes
Congratulations to all of our competitive teams! They have all received GOLD Bids to Elite Championship Finals in Chicago, April 17th!
So far, Fusion and Rockets have both voted yes. Nitro parents, please email Wendy to let her know about your choice to attend. We need to know soon, so we can make adjustments if not all team members agree to attend.
Please let us know you vote, via email, soon!

Midwest Rocks Kalahari!
Three teams. High scores. Trophies. Success. SO much to be thankful for this past weekend!
Despite the bad weather on Friday, everyone from the Midwest Family made it safely to Kalahari Resort.
On Saturday, the teams went through the paces and Rockets took the lead in their division by .5 of a point. Way to go girls! Then, later in the day, Nitro scored the HIGHEST score they'd received all season. How AWESOME! Finally, in Session 4, Fusion took the floor and made a commanding performance, all while taking the lead for the day!
Sunday brought another amazing round of performances. Rockets took first place and are National Champions for Youth Level 1. Nitro had another amazing performance out-doing their previous score. Parents and members of other Michigan gyms were sharing their thoughts on how well Nitro did. Fusion took 1st place and did very well over the course of the weekend.
All-in-all, the teams did very well and Midwest Xplosion showed well amidst some uphill battles with judging and other teams dropping levels to compete against us.
Way to go, MIDWEST XPLOSION BOMB SQUAD!
